Edit: after having put my spare on it turns out my tires were installed backwards and not to mention my alignment is still very off according to the shop I have taken it to instead. I am not interested in having anything “made right” because I have 0 trust anything will be done right at this point. In total that is over $1000 put into: bad tires, not putting hubcaps on two of four tires, alignment still being off, and my tires installed incorrectly. I’m disgusted to say the least. Got a full set of tires less than a year ago. They never put my hubcaps back on after replacing my sensors and now I have to get another new tire. Less than 8 months later I now have a bubble and could have had a flat happen. Will not return here.

Made up a bunch of crap about why they couldn't patch my tire and tried to sell me new tires at least 3 times during my 1.5 hours there. The tires were purchased at costco and still under warranty, so I went there the next day and they patched it no problem. Won't be back here.

Duane, my service rep, was very attentive despite how busy they were, it being close to the end of the day, and the hot temperatures that day. I came in for a tire rotation, and to get some lugnuts changed, and Duane paid extra attention to ensure the proper lugnuts were being changed on the car, and gave me advice on getting the proper ones should they not fit. His advice and recommendations were much appreciated. I can tell he cares about the service excellence of this location.

Knowledgeable staff helped me out BIG today when they could see I was struggling. Cannot express enough at how amazing the staff is and how they took time out of their day to put their customers first and making sure my car/tires were safe for me to be on the road without hesitation. They have the kind of customer service that make you feel and know that there are good people out there that have your back. Thank you again to the kind, hard working and caring staff here at Discount tire.

Do not get tires put on a car you care about at this shop. They will scratch your rims. When I dropped my car off for new tires they mentioned it would be around an hour. I got a text less than 30 minutes after dropping it off saying the car was ready to be picked up. I found this concerning as it seemed to be a rushed job. I got my car home to find new scratches and black marks on my rims that will not come off. I figured it’s not a big ask to expect people to treat your property as if it’s their own and to take care of it. I’d rather wait 2 hours if that means someone doesn’t rush a job and scratch and ding up my rims. I will never come back for tires here again, lesson learned.
